学期日期：13/09 - 06/12/2026 费用：11节课, 共 £165 上课时间：周日 13：00-14：00 课程安排： 13/09，20/09，27/09; 04/10， 11/10， 18/10； 08/11， 15/11， 22/11， 29/11； 06/12. 请注意，如果您在学期开始后加入，则需要联系我们确认是否有空位以及费用。 ★一班: 1:00-2:30 pm ★二班: 3:00-4:30pm “以气养身，以文化心；连接中英，健康世界。” 欢迎所有希望改善身心健康、体验中华传统养生文化的朋友加入课程。无论是否具备运动基础，都可循序渐进学习健身气功，在轻松友好的氛围中感受东方养生智慧，收获健康、平衡与友谊。 王海矛先生 - 英国健身气功联合会(HQFUK)主席 - 国际健身气功联合会(HQF)执行委员会委员 - 国际健身气功教练员、裁判及国际健身气功六段 二十多年来，他长期致力于在英国推广健身气功与中华传统养生文化，并于2005年发起成立英国健身气功联合会。此后，他在伦敦、剑桥、牛津、曼彻斯特等多个城市开展教学、培训及文化交流活动，培养学员和本地教练，推动健身气功在英国社区普及。他积极参与中英及国际体育文化交流，曾组织大型健身气功展示活动，并参与北京2008奥运会、伦敦2012奥运会相关文化交流。近年来，他继续开展公益讲座、社区健康推广及大型文化活动，并多次接受BBC、ITV等媒体采访。王海矛先生致力于通过健身气功传播中华传统文化，促进中英民间文化交流与健康理念的融合。 --------------------------------- Term dates: 13/09 - 06/12/2026 Fee: 11 sessions, Total £165 Lesson times: Sundays 13：00-14：00 Lesson dates: 13/09，20/09，27/09; 04/10， 11/10， 18/10； 08/11， 15/11， 22/11， 29/11； 06/12. Please note if you are joining after the term has already started, you need to contact us to confirm availability and the fee. ★Class 1: 1:00-2:30 pm ★Class 2: 3:00-4:30pm “Cultivate the body through Qi, enrich the mind through culture; connecting China and the UK for a healthier world.” Everyone is welcome to join, with no previous experience required. Learn Health Qigong at your own pace in a relaxed, friendly environment while exploring traditional Chinese wellbeing practices and improving health, balance and confidence. Mr Haimao Wang is President of the Health Qigong Federation UK and an Executive Committee member of the International Health Qigong Federation. He is also an international instructor, judge and sixth-duan practitioner. For over 20 years, he has promoted Health Qigong across the UK through teaching, training and cultural exchange. He founded HQFUK in 2005, has organised major demonstrations and community events, and has participated in cultural programmes linked to the Beijing 2008 and London 2012 Olympic Games. He has also been featured by the BBC and ITV.
