It’s designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, and build endurance in a short amount of time. 45mins in every session. It is suitable for all fitness levels. HIIT is not only effective but also fun and energizing. Join our HIIT classes to challenge yourself and stay fit, even with a busy schedule! Kun Qian (Coco) is a UK-certified Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer. She has completed Les Mills training in Body Combat and Grit. Currently, she teaches at several gyms and community centres in Cambridge, helping clients improve their fitness and build confidence. She is passionate about fitness and dedicated to inspiring others to challenge themselves.
