上课时间:周日 1pm-2pm ★请直接联系老师进行报名★ 报名请联系:John 微信:yiuming117 Email: jc3066@hotmail.co.uk 太极拳或太极门拳是中国武术的一种形式,最初是为了战斗,然而它已经发展到吸引更广泛的受众,所有年龄段的人都在练习,并且对体力没有要求,无论年龄大小都可以获得身体健康和内心平静的好处。 缓慢的动作有助于促进平衡(控制体重到任何理想程度的能力),排除自己思想上的压力,通过长时间的深呼吸滋养内脏器官,轻轻地伸展整个身体。外观看起来像一个缓慢、丝绸般流畅的舞蹈,练习者沉浸在自己的动作中,忽略外界的影响,专注于自己而不是思考着动作。 太极拳或太极门拳(或只是简单的太极)是一种思考形式,太极拳是中国文化中最受欢迎的艺术之一,任何人都可以很容易地学习到一个基本的标准,不只属于中国而是属于世界各地。 --------------------------------- Lesson times: Sundays 1pm-2pm ★Please contact the teacher directly to sign up★ Contact:John Email: jc3066@hotmail.co.uk WeChat: yiuming117 Tai chi chuan (or just simply tai chi) is a form of Chinese martial art and was originally intended for combat. However, it has evolved to appeal to a wider audience and is practiced by people of all ages without the need of being physically fit in the first place. The art can harness the benefit of health and calmness within oneself regardless of age. The slow movements help to promote balance (i.e., the ability to manipulate one's body weight to any desired position), empty ones mind from stress, nourish the internal organs by long deep breaths and gently stretching the entire body. The appearance looks like a slow, smooth (silk-like) dance, with the practitioner immersing oneself in the movements, ignoring outside influences, concentrating on one's own work but NOT thinking about it. Tai chi is one of the most popular arts within the Chinese culture and one that can be easily learnt by anyone to a basic standard and should not belong exclusively to those of Chinese origin but to the rest of the world.
